From Character to Vision - A Practical Guide shows step by step how I created my own statements of principles, vision, and mission. I show how to link my principles to desired behavior, and how my principles map to the IOHAI leadership model. I have also included three simples rules I use as a daily guide to my behavior.
How to use Business Battle Maps with Strategic Navigation is a whitepaper proposing a simple way of modeling systems and system boundaries. This paper is an early effort. Since it was published, I have had a lot of opportunity using Battle Mapping in practice, and the method has evolved quite a bit. Still, you might find the paper interesting, particularly if you are using The Logical thinking Process, or some other method of solving complex problems.

I have finished writing the last chapter of Tempo!, my business strategy book. Tempo! was originally written in Swedish. I am working on an English translation.
