About Henrik Mårtensson

I am a management consultant. Most companies today operate far below their full capacity. My speciality is finding that capacity, and help companies use it to eliminate bottlenecks. The bottom line result is more money for you.

I work mostly with Theory Of Constraints (TOC), Lean, and agile techniques. I am a licensed ScrumMaster.

I have been writing for the better part of my career, and have more than 250 published magazine articles to my credit. In addition, I write a management blog, Kallokain, and publish a newsletter. I am also writing a book about how to apply the Theory Of Constraints to software development.

I started out as a programmer in the early 80´s. Since then, I have worked, among other things, as an information analyst, computer magazine editor, software systems architect, project manager, and general troubleshooter.

I started my company, HM MediaTech, in 1992. Originally, the company did technical writing, editing, and some specialized software development. Over the years, I have become more interested in how to make businesses work better. Most improvement initiatives focus on improving processes. I focus on improving systems. This yields better and more lasting results.

I have a strong focus on producing measurable results. When you hire me, you will know what the results are (and you can use the shortpay option to reduce my pay if you are not satisfied).

I am based in Partille, just outside Gothenburg on the Swedish west coast. I travel wherever there are problems suited to my talents.
